Having an appointment time means nothing. I had only an oil change with appointment at 10. Waited nearly 3 hours. Way too long. Everyone I was waiting with was also complaining. The service department has always been slow and backed up. One would think having bought my car there we would have priority for service. We do not plan to come back.

My 2024 Trax had a low oil pressure light that said "stop driving immediately" so I took it in. I was told it would be worked in as soon as possible. It was almost 30 days before the diagnosis was ran just to determine the problem. If it is determined to be something covered by warranty a rental car is paid for. I actually went there with a somewhat bad attitude -- expecting the runaround typical of most car dealerships. I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely go back. My previous "go to" dealership has lost a customer!

Appointment was at 2. They called said couldn't find wheel lovk to rotate tires. I bought this new there. Thought I wouldn't be charged for tire notation, no. Couldn't be ready till 4:00. Too long. I have had more problems with this new car than all my other ones put together. My screen has been messed up for over a month.onstar says I'll have to take back to desler & of courses it's out of warranty.

I realize I had to have my truck towed to you and I'm happy with the repairs. Truck is doing great. But, I thought 4 weeks was a little long when the parts were there within a week. Total of 4 hrs labor I feel it shouldn't have taken that long, but other than that, I'm happy.

I had a tire going down at 1:20 Saturday and they close at 2. they got me in replaced the tire at no charge. I have never had a poor experience with them.
Nice people but failed to let me know truck was done spent extra hour there. Maybe they wasn't aware I waited on repair.
We have bought numerous cars within my family from Champion. For one my daughter-in-law‘s car got denied the lifetime warranty. They thought she didn’t rotate our tires enough when there was a motor issue. I have had my car up there three or four times within a four week period and every time I come in, it needs a new tire and the ones we had were not under warranty by being out of date told me the best tire on the market and didn’t last 40,000 miles. New tires, valve stems and front end alignment on my 2020 Silverado. In at 8:00 am and was called to pick it up before 11:00 am. Fast efficient service, and the truck almost looks new again with new shoes on it!

I absolutely hate the setup for the car lineup. However, my service seem to be fine. I did have a wire hanging out under my dash by my feet - glad it isn't anything serious. I don't like to get a "critical" message for something to be done & it's not really critical.
Even though I had an appointment for an oil change my vehicle did not get pulled into the shop for 45 minutes. An hour and a half was way too long!

Samantha was great to work with this morning, got in and out quickly. Jay "normally my service advisor" was off today and Samantha & Tony were slammed at 8:00 AM with logging in services. They didn't miss a beat and neither did their service technicians.

I’ve had my truck here 20 times for service, tires, brakes, everything. Then I show up and they don’t even have my name and phone number and address in the computer system. Sat there for a reprogramming issue for 8 hours with no communication until the service manager came out and talked to me.
