Other than the "IA" appointment arrangements, I was very pleased with the services provided by your service department. A week and half before the appointment, when I was trying to get an appointment, I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with your automated system. It made me an appointment for twelve noon on a Saturday. And your service department takes their lunch breaks at noon, so we sat in the waiting room for an hour with nothing happening. Not my idea of fun!
The last two visits have been subpar. I took it in for a repair, ended up taking to another dealer to actually get the item fixed. Thought I would give them another chance took in for an oil change, received a text of critical items needed, on a work call so couldn't call them, agreed based on the "critical" nature. Checked later, and the items were not necessary or critical. Appears to be a successful attempt to upcharge. Not what I was expecting from a trusted dealer.
The guy's got right on my truck as soon as I dropped it off. Serviced my truck and did a tire rotation in roughly an hour. Got the truck back clean and ready to go.
Jack was great to work with. My new car had a issue that was hard to diagnose. Jack was always very polite on the many times that I called to check in.
Service has REALLY gone downhill the last couple years. It takes a couple hours for a simple oil change, there's very little communication when your car is in the shop, and they don't even START the service until you keep contacting them for an update. Keeping someone's car for weeks is NOT good. And I approved the work three times before they finally started ordering the parts. It's ridiculous. Service Advisors and Maintenance Team work together providing the best options and service solutions for every customer. They do their best to resolve every customer's concern and vehicle maintenance as needed. Service department gives attention to details In making sure vehicle maintenance is done efficiently and within a reasonable amount of time staying in touch with the customer in answering any questions and helping with anything needed while they wait in their customer lounge or by phone call, text or or email should the customer leave their vehicle and return to pick up later same day.
Staff were pleasant and polite. I had to call to get the status on my car a few times (it was in the shop for almost a week), but they were able to provide information when I spoke with them. They did a great job securing me a rental--that process was seamless.

Champion in Lagrange ky . Is where I buy my new trucks . I drive over 35 minutes out of my way to do business with them . Just had my second oil change . Fast and easy . No problems . I pass by 3 different dealers closer to home but those people at Champion are nicer people . This is my second Silverado that I’ve bought from Vickie . You can’t beat a Champion that’s for sure.Ive bought new trucks from 4 total Chevy dealers in my lifetime . Champion is #1 in my book .Randall Lucas
I dropped my car off on July 7 10 o’clock on July 16. I got a call. They said the windshield man showed up and found a crack in the weld around the windshield. My car was done on the 17th that Friday afternoon. I think that’s a pretty long time to have someone looking at your car for a leaky windshield then they call in the windshield man and he finds problem within hours. Disappointed with the after-care service of a vehicle we purchased from Champion. The vehicle was a 2005 Silverado, but 3 hours after I left the lot the check engine light came on for a catalytic converter issue and now a week later the power steering fluid is leaking. I was told its sold as-is and nothing can be done, but not happy about this.
The service department was great! The service technician took the time to talk to my husband about the issue. We would highly recommend Champion service department.
The dealer was attentive and courteous. I don’t think I was considered for the 5 year no interest plan. I did get a nice vehicle but I think I could have gotten a better deal.

I bought my truck and withing 3 months starting having issues. EIGHT months later and still no results. I wasnt given correct instructions to begin with and here we are still getting the run around with no real answers from anyone. Every time someone says theyre going to call, I never get a call, email, text, or any form of communication. I went to this dealership by recommendation of someone else, worst decision ever

I've never been this pleased with any service department before. It's a plus that they offer to take you home or pick you back up so you don't have to wait several hours. Their communication regarding the progress of your vehicle is really appreciated. I would highly recommend Champion.
Terrible diagnostic, attempted to charge me 2800 for an injector and it was the pigtail (common for duramax). Ended up being $200 repair

I feel the time management of appointments has been off course. Had an appointment for basic oil change/tire rotation. I usually sit in waiting room as it usually takes an hour which I feel is acceptable. 2 hours wait time is not. I could have scheduled an appointment where I had a ride and could have waited at home. If they have technician deficits or issues, then schedule your work further apart.

Tony, Jay, and Jack took good care of me. Instead of having to trust there word on what needs to be repaired. They send you a digital work order of what you want to accept them to do or not, with video evidence. I’ll never use another service department.

Having an appointment time means nothing. I had only an oil change with appointment at 10. Waited nearly 3 hours. Way too long. Everyone I was waiting with was also complaining. The service department has always been slow and backed up. One would think having bought my car there we would have priority for service. We do not plan to come back.

My 2024 Trax had a low oil pressure light that said "stop driving immediately" so I took it in. I was told it would be worked in as soon as possible. It was almost 30 days before the diagnosis was ran just to determine the problem. If it is determined to be something covered by warranty a rental car is paid for. I actually went there with a somewhat bad attitude -- expecting the runaround typical of most car dealerships. I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely go back. My previous "go to" dealership has lost a customer!

This visit was absolutely unacceptable. I waited two weeks for an appointment, then they waited two more days to begin troubleshooting!
Appointment was at 2. They called said couldn't find wheel lovk to rotate tires. I bought this new there. Thought I wouldn't be charged for tire notation, no. Couldn't be ready till 4:00. Too long. I have had more problems with this new car than all my other ones put together. My screen has been messed up for over a month.onstar says I'll have to take back to desler & of courses it's out of warranty.

I realize I had to have my truck towed to you and I'm happy with the repairs. Truck is doing great. But, I thought 4 weeks was a little long when the parts were there within a week. Total of 4 hrs labor I feel it shouldn't have taken that long, but other than that, I'm happy.

I had a tire going down at 1:20 Saturday and they close at 2. they got me in replaced the tire at no charge. I have never had a poor experience with them.

We have bought numerous cars within my family from Champion. For one my daughter-in-law‘s car got denied the lifetime warranty. They thought she didn’t rotate our tires enough when there was a motor issue. I have had my car up there three or four times within a four week period and every time I come in, it needs a new tire and the ones we had were not under warranty by being out of date told me the best tire on the market and didn’t last 40,000 miles. New tires, valve stems and front end alignment on my 2020 Silverado. In at 8:00 am and was called to pick it up before 11:00 am. Fast efficient service, and the truck almost looks new again with new shoes on it!
